Comic Book
This comic shares stories of young people who have experienced domestic violence (DV) and intimate partner violence (IPV), and who come together to support one another. It is created to raise awareness of what abuse looks and sounds like, and to inspire conversations that remind youth and community members that they are not alone. This comic also aims to educate those who have been harmed and those who have caused harm about power, control, and abusive behaviors, while highlighting the importance of support, healing, and asking for help. This is a youth created comic Illustrated by Keelin Bell and co-written by Fatima Said (Franklin HS), Keelin Bell (Franklin HS), Palani Hesus (Rainier Beach HS) and Roy Amazona (Rainier Beach HS).
